Course info
This course will provide students with the key elements and skills required to be a successful trainer. It covers the following: Identification of training needs and objectives; Appreciation of the importance of the learning environment; Use of equipment and support material; Selection of appropriate training methods; Design and planning of programmes; Delivery and management of effective sessions; and The importance of evaluation and assessment. It is also accredited by CIEH.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have attained the Advanced Diploma in Food Hygiene and Safety, or an equivalent qualification.
