This course is designed to help you to play your part in setting realistic objectives for your team and then manage their workload to ensure they can meet them. You will be shown how to define SMART objectives and how to negotiate and agree objectives for and with your team. The course explores ways to set priorities using a SWOT analysis and how to monitor progress to ensure those objectives are achieved.
