This course will give you the skills you need to communicate important information clearly and confidently in a team briefing situation. You'll begin by exploring the importance of planning and preparing briefings so that they go smoothly and have the effect you intend. You'll be given lots of practical tips and techniques to help you deliver your briefing successfully and you'll explore the role that tools such as visual aids, body language and the tone of your voice can play in getting your message across. The course will also show you how to use feedback to confirm that your team have understood the information you've given them and ways in which you can report back to management after the briefing has taken place.
